Going for Google Gold
- For each blog post, I made sure to follow our professor's directions to label as what week's assignments were being posted. Other than that, I don't think I've done much for search engine optimization.
- My key words were just what the professor told us to label for titles and put in as labels in the assignments. I did not change or refine any keywords.
- I did not use social media to enhance my SEO efforts.
- My most viral post would be the video post that I made, regarding my venture concept. I think it obtained the most traffic because there was a YouTube video attached to it.
- I did not make it to the front page of Google for my key words, since I don't think I made too good of a use for them. I made it to page 3.

ReplyDeletePage 3 of google results is still huge! Way to go! Honestly not sure what page I made it to because I spent a while searching but still haven't been able to find it unfortunately. I agree that attaching those YouTube videos to the blog posts were very beneficial regarding the views. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the rest of your semester! Jary, like yourself, I didn't do much with SEO, largely because the class didn't emphasize it from the beginning. I'm not sure what page I made it to either, because I really wasn't focused on that at all. I hope you're successful in your endeavor!
